Homework problem correction

On the homework handout distributed in class Thursday (11/30) and due Tuesday:

In the first problem, the table of quantities and variable costs--I really wanted the VC when Q = 8 to be $44, NOT $42. It will turn out better that way.

So if you get this, for Q = 8, VC = $44.

Sorry, my bad.

(Because if you leave it at $42, you'll have MC = $7 for both Q = 7 and Q = 8. That's really awkward.)

An updated version is available on my I-drive folder (jjulian).

I don't expect typed answers, although I request them. Just be neat. Last time some of you turned in really sloppy work. Please produce something you'd be proud of.

Also, I put the Excel table from today's class in the I-drive folder as well. Good luck.

-J
