Important Dates, corrected

Sorry about the mixed up test dates. (Those on the original syllabus were for my TTh Econ 121 class.) I do stuff like that all the time. Get used to it.

The first test is on Wednesday September 19;

the second is Wednesday, October 17;

the third test is Friday, November 9; and

the final exam is Wednesday, December 12, 12:30-2:30 p.m.*

Due dates for the article reviews are scheduled for September 7 and November 30.

I will put a copy of the revised syllabus on the I-drive.

Welcome and I-drive

Welcome to the course weblog for Jack Julian's Econ 122 Principles of Microeconomics course at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

The nerd that I am, I always get excited for a new semester. I hope you are too. You should find this course challenging and enlightening.

*********************************************************************************

If you need help connecting to the I-drive, my expertise is limited.

A few tips:

All computer labs on campus ought to be mapped to the network drives. Go to My Computer and the network drives should be listed. Click on the I drive and look for my folder (jjulian). Then look for the Econ 121 folder for stuff relevant for this class.

If you have a computer and you live on campus, you will need to "map" it yourself. You can find instructions at http://www.iup.edu/house/resnet/map/

or at http://www.iup.edu/ats/sts/login/index.htm

If you are off campus you can access the drive from the internet (ftp). Here is a link to help you out: http://www.acad.iup.edu/.
